Lauren Croteau, Pastry Chef and owner of Lully Cakes, joins us this week and shares how her childhood love of baking and cake decorating led her to the pastry program at Johnson and Wales and eventually to starting her own business. Along the way, Lauren struggled to find balance and was wise enough to press pause and chart a slightly different course which may include taking her baking show “on the road”!
