What do you do when you find the Chief Learning Officer of a Change Management and Adoption Services company has gone MIA to tour film festivals in support of the short film she co-wrote and helped bring to life? Simple, you sit her down to learn more about her short film endeavor!
This week our guest, Pamela Conway, shares her co-writing experience on the short film, “Here Lies Joe”. Pam discusses how she stepped away from novel writing and became more of a visual storyteller, what her experience was like collaborating with a writing partner, why the film’s subject matter resonated with them and what it’s like to attend a film festival when your heart and soul project is up for interpretation by an audience of strangers.
