Short-film writer Pamela Conway discusses co-writing Here Lies Joe, moving from novels to visual storytelling, collaborating with a writing partner, addressing meaningful subject matter, and attending film festivals.

This week our guest, Pamela Conway, shares her co-writing experience on the short film, “Here Lies Joe”. Pam discusses how she stepped away from novel writing and became more of a visual storyteller, what her experience was like collaborating with a writing partner, why the film’s subject matter resonated with them and what it’s like to attend a film festival when your heart and soul project is up for interpretation by an audience of strangers.
